With nearly 20 years of experience in the rubber hose industry, Zebung is an expert in marine hoses. We can independently research and develop marine oil hoses. The floating hose and submarine hose developed by our company obtained the OCIMF-GMPHOM2009 certificate issued by Bureau Veritas.
Passed ISO9001:2015 quality assurance system certification by Bureau Veritas, our hoses were exported to more than 50 regions and countries, including the USA, Australia, Argentina, Singapore, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Britain, the Middle East. Our rubber hoses were used in many projects abroad:
In order to meet high demanding applications, our company introduced equipment for rubber hose production from an Italian company – VP. In addition, equipment for 50m dock oil hose with large diameter is equipped in our production workshop. Till now, we have more than 120 advanced production machines and 14 modern production lines, enabling our annual output value to reach up to 30 million dollars.

We use the latest automatic 60m forming machine imported from Italy, and a microcomputer to control the rubber hose production process, which ensures hose uniformity. We manufacture our hoses in strict accordance with industry quality standards. If any of our products are found to be substandard, we will produce them again and deliver them 100% free of charge.

Our company obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate in 2009. Our industrial hose products have received the BV Certificate, CE Certificate, and ECM Certificate.
